3. Eat fruits: Now I stay in India so I would highly recommend having all fruits available in your market; each and every fruit. Rather than buying kiwis and berries which are firstly expensive and secondly have traveled miles to reach India. So stick to your seasonal fruits which are perfect for our climate. Mango, Lemon, Banana which are locally available have a good nutritional value.
4. Early to bed early to rise: there's a saying " Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise". One should have the habit of sleeping early and getting up early. It boost your physical and mental health. One should sleep for atleast 7 hours.
5. Exercise: By exercise, I do necessarily mean going to gym. You can do exercise at your home also. Morning or evening walk of atleast 2km everyday is the best. Exercise increase your stamina and makes your heart healthy.
